"First visit here and really impressed! Service was fantastic, and the food was amazing! Got to have the Macaroni on the side!!

"I've been living in Croydon for almost a year now and I haven't been to the Meat Empire before. Today after a very rough and long day at work, I stopped there to get something to eat. They were closing up, I hesitated at first then the nice gentleman let me in and the lovely lady helped me choose what to order. Regardless the long day that they had, regardless the cold weather and regardless that they were closing up, they were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and tasty. Thank you very much for everything guys, I'll a regular from now on.

"One of my favourite Greek restaurants, been here many times with my family who all enjoy it. Both their chicken & lamb souvlakis are superb- dining outside is really nice too.

"Came back to Meat Empire after the first time was a good experience… What a mistake! I ordered the beef burger, the meat tasted like it was made of salt and the bun was so stale it was inedible.  As we were about to leave, the gyros were put in buckets and literally dragged across the floor to the back. The quality has gone down hill and I won't be coming back!
